Services & Appointments
All treatments at Sérénité Bloom are provided by trained professionals and are designed to support skin health and overall wellness. Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information, including allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions, prior to receiving any treatment. Sérénité Bloom is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.

Bookings & Payments
Appointments may be scheduled through our online booking system, by phone, or in person. A valid payment method may be required at the time of booking. All prices are subject to applicable taxes. Sérénité Bloom reserves the right to adjust service pricing at any time.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Repeated missed appointments may result in restricted booking privileges.

Memberships & Packages
Memberships and prepaid service packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Cancellation of memberships requires 30 days’ written notice and must be confirmed in writing by Sérénité Bloom.

Sérénité Bloom respects your privacy. Personal information collected through bookings, consultations, or our website will only be used to manage appointments, provide services, and enhance client care.
