REFUND POLICY

At Sérénité Bloom, we take pride in delivering high-quality treatments and services tailored to each client. Because our services are personalized and time-based, all service sales are final and non-refundable once the appointment has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, we encourage you to speak with us immediately so we can address your concerns and make it right.

Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, but clients may reschedule services within the terms of their package or membership agreement. Retail products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Sérénité Bloom reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
